Our Fees
£240 (Inc VAT) This fee is charged upon the commencement of a new tenancy for the preparation of the tenancy agreement, deposit registration and reference checks. These fees are deducted from the initial rent/s paid by the tenant.
This fee is charged at the beginning and at the end of a tenancy for the preparation of the inventory report. The inventory is prepared by a professional third party.
Studio Flat: 130.80 Inc VAT One Bed: 130.80 Inc VAT Two Bed: 142.80 Inc VAT Three bed: 154.80 Inc VAT Four Bed: 166.80 Inc VAT
£180 This fee is charged upon the commencement of an extension of the tenancy for the preparation of the renewal documentation.
£120 This fee is charged if we are required to submit your NRL Tax Certificate
12% Inc VAT This fee is due on the completion of the Tenancy Agreement for finding you a satisfactory tenant and any renewal of the Tenancy thereafter.
